Programme Description

This activity is designed to test your knowledge of recently published or updated clinical guidance, as covered by MIMS Learning Essentials. Learning points for healthcare professionals are on melanoma, hypertension, anaemia in chronic kidney disease, type 2 diabetes in adults, care of dying adults, menopause, and other topics.

Educational Objectives

After taking this module, GPs and nurses will be able to identify any gaps in their knowledge of current NICE guidance relating to the following topics:
  • Melanoma, hypertension, anaemia in chronic kidney disease, type 2 diabetes in adults, recognition and referral of suspected cancer, care of dying adults, chronic heart failure, menopause, headaches and familial hypercholesterolaemia.
