Programme Description

Delayed diagnosis of slipped femoral epiphysis (SCFE) is common. Dr Rajiv Ghurye and Dr Mouli Akundi present four presentations to look out for, and advise on requesting diagnostic imaging. Key learning points include causes, possible presentations, differentiating between acute and chronic SCFE, diagnostic tests and treatment.
