Programme Description

This article, updated in 2016 by Dr Jon Rees, covers the causes, investigation and management of scrotal pain. Key learning points for healthcare professionals include presentation of testicular torsion, examination findings in post-vasectomy pain syndrome, when to suspect an STI, referral criteria and managing chronic testicular pain.
