Programme Description

Actinic keratosis is common and can usually be managed in primary care. Dr Nigel Stollery gives an overview of treatment options and when to suspect malignancy. Key learning points for healthcare professionals include risk factors for development of AK, patient education and what to do when there is diagnostic doubt.
